Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional terms, policies, or guidelines we may publish. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FormFills.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FormFills grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your lawful personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose, or to submit false or misleading information on forms.
• Upload or store content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure.
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the information, documents, and forms you store, upload, or process using the Services ("Your Content"). You grant FormFills a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services at your direction — for example, to autofill forms, enable collaboration, and deliver reminders.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

FormFills helps you fill and manage forms, but you remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of any form before you submit it. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the forms, documents, applications, or services of any third party (including government portals, employers, or other platforms) that you interact with using the Services, nor for any decisions made by such third parties.

• Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and features will be described at the point of purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees and taxes.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "FormFills" name and brand, are owned by FormFills or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the Services to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be accurate or preserved without loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormFills and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to FormFills for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid any amount, INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FormFills and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and provide notice as appropriate, such as by email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
